The Roselle Core Removing Machine is designed for automatic seed and core removal of roselle and hibiscus flowers. It uses a mold conveyor for manual loading and an automatic feeding and punching system to continuously separate the core from the flower, improving efficiency compared with manual deseeding.
The machine is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel with a reinforced frame and wear-resistant conveyor belt for stable continuous operation. With a capacity of up to 25200 pcs/h and a core removal rate of 98%, it is suitable for roselle and hibiscus processing plants. Operators only need to place the flowers into the molds, making operation simple and labor-saving.
